I recently had the engine and transmission replaced on my 2018 Ford F150 at AAMCO in Fort Pierce. I originally brought the truck in for a known transmission issue, and Jason and Chris were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. During the initial inspection, the team also warned me about a potential internal engine issue, which I was hesitant to believe at the time. They replaced the transmission, which came with a 3-year warranty, and I was back on the road. After driving nearly 3,000 miles, the check engine light came on. I brought the truck back to AAMCO, and they confirmed there were no transmission related codes only codes related to the VVT system. After doing some research, I realized the team had been right all along about the engine issue. In the end, I’m very satisfied with the repairs and the service I received. AAMCO not only got my truck running again, but they likely saved me from having to buy a new one. Highly recommend their Fort Pierce location!
Been working on my own cars for 50 years I know quality in a repair shop is Amco store is second to none. I had to have a clutch done in my Mustang. They met their original estimate. They repaired it in a timely manner. It came out outstanding I’m going to get all my future service on this car and my other car done here at AAMCO. Chris is a true gentleman and they have quality mechanics that know their stuff. Just a great experience for young people old people men women it wouldn’t matter who you were. You will be treated with respect and honesty and given a good price for the work that needs to be done
